6 hours of Advanced General Mediation Skills training. This interactive course builds on basic mediation skills training & in-the field experience. The Seminar introduces new perspectives on your choices. Opportunities to practice & develop with exceptional coaching. This training will address: impasse, ethical dilemmas, as well as the dynamics of multiple parties and control-oriented personalities.
